COMPATIBILITY · CHECKED 22 OCTOBER 2026
“Works on every platform” is an easy sentence to write and a hard one to stand behind. Every chat app caps emoji differently — Discord rejects anything larger than 128 px, Slack refuses WebP outright, Telegram has no animated-WebP stickers at all. So here is the honest map, with the numbers and the workarounds.
WHAT WE DELIVER
Static pack — 8 stickers
- 512 × 512 px, WebP with transparency + PNG copy
- 52–66 KB per file
Animated pack — 8 stickers
- 512 × 512 px, animated WebP + GIF copy
- 258–321 KB per file, 12 frames, no alpha
measured file by file on the 8 stickers of one real pack, 22 October 2026. Download them yourself on the sample pack page.
STATIC PNG / WEBPWorks as-is
Wants exactly 512 × 512 WebP under 100 KB. Our static files are 52–66 KB, so they fit untouched.
ANIMATED WEBPWorks as-is
Wants animated WebP under 500 KB and 10 seconds. Ours are 258–321 KB at 12 frames, so they fit.
How to add it: WhatsApp cannot import a pack from a website. You add it through a sticker app on your phone (Sticker Maker, Sticko and similar), which reads the files and hands the pack to WhatsApp. A pack needs 3–30 stickers — we ship 8, so one order is one pack.
STATIC PNG / WEBPNeeds a resize
Emoji must be 128 × 128 and under 256 KB. Upload the PNG after resizing; a 512 px file is rejected, not shrunk.
ANIMATED WEBPNeeds a resize
Animated emoji must be a GIF, 128 × 128, under 256 KB. Our animated WebP is not accepted as an emoji — use the GIF copy from your pack and downscale it.
How to add it: Server Settings → Emoji → Upload Emoji. For the larger 320 × 320 sticker slot, Discord wants PNG or APNG under 512 KB, so a resize is still required.
STATIC PNG / WEBPNeeds a resize
Custom emoji must be 128 × 128 and under 128 KB, as PNG, JPG or GIF. Slack does not accept WebP, so convert the PNG down first.
ANIMATED WEBPNeeds a resize
Animated emoji must be a GIF under 128 KB — the tightest cap of any platform here. Our GIF copies usually need frames or colours cut to fit.
How to add it: Workspace name → Tools & settings → Customize → Emoji → Add Custom Emoji. Slack stretches a non-square file instead of cropping it, so crop to a square before uploading.
STATIC PNG / WEBPWorks as-is
Static stickers accept PNG or WebP with one side exactly 512 px and up to 512 KB. Our files are already 512 × 512.
ANIMATED WEBPNot supported
Telegram animated stickers must be .TGS (Lottie) or .WEBM — animated WebP is explicitly not supported. Our animated pack will not install as a Telegram animated sticker.
How to add it: Create a set with the @Stickers bot, or use the in-app sticker editor. Static works directly; for motion, upload the WebP as a file or send the GIF as a photo instead of a sticker.
STATIC PNG / WEBPNot supported
Messages has no way to import a sticker file. A PNG can be sent as a photo, but it lands as an image, not a sticker in the picker.
ANIMATED WEBPNot supported
An animated WebP does not animate in Messages — it shows a still frame or the first frame only.
How to add it: Send the PNG as a photo, or drag the GIF into a Mac conversation to play it once. Building a real iMessage sticker pack requires an App Store app.
We render at 512 × 512 because that is the size WhatsApp and Telegram ask for, and because it survives a downscale without going soft. For the two platforms that cap emoji at 128 px — Discord and Slack — we built a free converter that crops to a square and lands under the byte limit, without uploading your file anywhere.
What our files are is measured, not claimed: we opened every file in one real pack and recorded dimensions, alpha channel, frame count and byte size. What each platform accepts is quoted from that platform's own documentation and checked on 22 October 2026. We have not uploaded to every client from every device, and we are not going to pretend we have — where a platform needs a resize or a conversion, the table says so.
Two limits we want to be explicit about: our animated stickers have no alpha channel (a transparent animated WebP breaks in some Android sticker importers), and platforms change their caps without warning. If a file of yours is rejected, email [email protected] with the platform and the error, and we will either fix the file or refund the pack.
